1960s Striped Cotton Romper: Sleeveless Mod Playsuit, Pleated Skirt - Sz Small

Pastel coloured, striped playsuit with skort-style skirts box-pleated to front. The colours remind me of ‘candy dots’ sweets sold on strips of paper.
Very well constructed—note how the stripes line up perfectly in the back where they meet to either side of the zipper. Two small patch pockets to front; white nylon “CC” zipper to rear; sculpting seams to back and front torso and to back shoulders; interior fabric edges are pinked.

Tag reads: “Ladybug/11”.
There is no fibre content, but this feels like a heavier-weighted cotton.
Very good condition with the only flaw being some fading to the colour, probably from laundering.
Approximate measurements (laid flat, double where pertinent): 18” armpit-to-armpit, 15” waist, 17.5” hips, 31” length (shoulder to bottom hem), 31.5“ rise (middle back centre neck to crotch), 8.5” armholes, 8” neck opening.
